Cheers to you, the Metaplex Community. Today, we would like to reaffirm that Metaplex Studios will always and forever be community-first, and share how we plan to scale customer support and quality as the Metaplex Ecosystem grows.

First of all, wow. In the last few months, the community has grown to over 17K Twitter followers, 10K Discord members, and more than 18K Candy Machines have been released. It has been an incredible ride so far, all thanks to you and the trust you put in us to build the best Web3 experience for NFTs. It has been incredible watching all of you use the Metaplex Protocol to grow your own communities.

We’re excited and making strides to scale and grow as quickly as you can build, but let’s be real, y’all are fast.

As we grow and improve weekly, we want to do better when it comes to communication and transparency, and here is some of what you can expect from us:

1. We’ve updated Developer Docs with new information about Candy Machine, mint costs and plan to expand Developer Docs with more information about Fair Launch, Instant Sale, additional community tutorials and tools in the coming weeks.
2. Moving forward, code review will be a top priority, and we’ll make sure to announce changes before they impact your projects. Metaplex Studios is developing helpful guides on our blog, as well as implementing processes for everyone to report bugs, scams, suspicious behavior, and anything that might get in the way of trust. Please continue to report issues and make feature rests on the Metaplex Foundation GitHub
3. We are actively hiring more Community Engineers and continuing to refresh our Discord space with more Mods and services to better protect our collective growth. As our colleagues ramp up, we encourage you to continue to collaborate and support one another. This is a flexible landscape and we’re offering paid Mod roles for our most active community members where folks who can work anywhere from full time to just a few hours a week.
